To enter, pick up an official entry form at participating retailers or hand print your name, complete address, age, telephone number and email address (if any) on a 3” by 5” card and mail it to Rosa Regale "Toast with Taste" Sweepstakes Entries, P.O. Box 1286 Grand Rapids, MN 55745-1286. You may enter online by personally visiting http://www.rosaregale.com and completing the online entry form at that site. Tennessee residents are prohibited from entering online and must use an official entry form or handwritten entry as described above. Limit, one entry, per person, per household, per channel of entry. All Sweepstakes entries must be postmarked by October 31, 2010 and received by November 15, 2010 by 11:59 p.m.(EST). Online entries must be time-stamped by October 31, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. (EST). Sweepstakes is open to all legal U.S. residents who are at least 21 years of age, except for residents of California and Utah and employees of Banfi Vintners (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, suppliers and agencies, liquor and wine wholesalers and retailers and employees thereof, and any federal, or state liquor authority, or other alcohol beverage licensee, as well as the immediate family members of and individuals residing in the same household as such persons. The Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) bank check in the amount of $2,000 payable by the sponsor for use in securing a wedding planner of the winner’s choice in their local residing area. Grand Prize winner will also receive a one hour phone consultation with Mindy Weiss (one of America’s best known wedding planners) upon the mutual availability of the winner and Mindy Weiss. The Secondary Prize winners will each receive a copy of Mindy Weiss’ book – “The Wedding Book: The Big Book for Your Big Day.” ARV: $19.95 each. No cash equivalent will be offered. All federal, state and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Prize is non-transferable. Prize winners will be selected via a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The random drawing will be conducted on or about November 30, 2010 by an independent judging organization whose decision are final and binding. All Prize Winners will be notified by mail or telephone within ten (10) days of the drawing date. The Grand Prize winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release within ten (10) days of notification prior to prize being awarded. In the event of non-compliance with any of these requirements, the Grand Prize winner will be disqualified and an alternate Grand Prize winner will be selected. Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) telecommunications, network, electronic, technical or computer failures of any kind, for inaccurate transcription of entry information, for any human error, or entries that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, delayed by computer transmission, lost, late, illegible, incomplete, or incorrect; or (b) inability to access the www.rosaregale.com website or any other error or malfunction which may occur, including any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in this sweepstakes. Entries that are facsimiles, photocopies, mechanical reproductions, mutilated, undelivered, incomplete, illegible or determined to have been submitted by anyone other than the individual entrant will not be accepted.
